Blaugust 2026 Wrap-up
As this year's Blaugust comes to a close, there's some things to reflect upon. I originally signed ByteVortex up to participate in the event in order to get my butt back into writing and essentially documenting all of the various projects I find myself doing. Turns out, that was a pretty tall order while trying to balance everything else in my busy life. Needless to say, we did it – well, at least the posting five times. There's another article that I have started, but I don't think I can bust that out in the next two hours.
Looking back at my initial post, I think I almost achieved what I wanted to. I shared my fourth Dev Log, then there was the post about my Calibre and RuneAudio project, my co-host wrote a WireGuard VPN Guide for his Homelab, and then finally my follow post to my Twitch Download to YouTube Upload process for stream. Obviously, there's this post, which totals to five posts for this month. I wish I could have gotten more done, but balancing everything else, I just couldn't make the time. This won't stop me from still going though, because there's a lot more projects to document and share.
